She has worked in London and Bristol as a herbalist and in London and Essex as a doctor.

Louise has been working as a GP locum for over 11 yrs, having taken a break to be a GP partner and trainer in the middle.
Being able to work as a locum has given her a new lease of life for practising medicine and has allowed her to return to a better work/life balance.
She enjoys being outdoors - be it working in the garden, biking or being on/in the water.
Jo is a BACP Registered Integrative Psychotherapist, Occupational Psychotherapist and member of the British Psychological Society.
Jo provides national and international counselling services and is particularly experienced in working with issues that include, stress, anxiety, depression and trauma.
Richard House is a Culture, Wellbeing and Leadership Development Consultant.
He has worked with UK organisations across many sectors and is passionate about people making choices that enable them to thrive and flourish at work.
Most recently he has been supporting General Practice across the UK through planned Quality Imporvement interventions.
Josiane Wadey is a Practice Business Manager of an CQC rated Outstanding Practice and chair of the West Sussex Practice Managers Association.
She has an MSc in Primary Care Management, is a CQC Primary Care Specialist Advisor and sits on various National Boards.
Michelle is an Human Resource, Data, Information and Research expert.
Following a career in both Private (Financial Services) and Public (Mental Health) sectors, Michelle leads on the front end diagnostic aspects of our work and back end evaluation as well as our PDSA cycles.
Becky is as a Platinum Personal Trainer at David Lloyd Clubs.
A keen ballet dancer and gymnast, she now enjoys cycling, running and resistance training.
Becky is also a qualified massage therapist.
